Who I am

A trained strategist, optimist by nature and entrepreneur at heart with a 10+ years track in consulting, start-ups and venture studios.

In many ways, sustainability and futures have been the core of my work since day one. Originally from Germany, I spent my mid-20s in London where I was Co-Director of Speculative Futures and launched Circular Home Lab to explore the potential of bio-design for businesses. My academic and consulting work emerged into collaborations across EMEA, Asia, Australia as well as North and Central America.

When I'm off-screen, not facilitating workshops or listening to future talk formats, and thriving in deep discussions of the realm of opportunities, I enjoy the countryside life. Together with my partner, we renovate an old barn, 1 hour by train from Berlin. Here, we explore the world of gardening, and carpentry and read books in the hammock under the walnut tree - the walnuts are quite delicious, too. 

I'm the kind of person who naturally loves to bring others forward while striving for high standards, never stop questioning and endlessly curious about the opportunities that lie ahead. My decision to work as an independent consultant has been challenged over time, but in the end, this role naturally makes me the happiest version of my (professional) self I guess - until now.
